Premium artisanal charcuterie

About Us

At Close Leece Farm, we make our multi-award winning charcuterie on our family-run farm, nestled in the verdant hills of the Isle of Man.

We use pork from our happy herd of Rare Breed Tamworth pigs, raised exclusively on pasture in family groups to the highest welfare standards.

We also use our own native Manx Loaghtan sheep, with neighbouring farms supplementing supply as demand dictates.

We have worked hard to develop the very best charcuterie and have been delighted to win many awards and accolades. Particularly given out commitment to ethical farming and artisanal techniques.

Close Leece Farm charcuterie – tasting is believing.

We have won 14 Great Taste Awards across our charcuterie range

Manx Chorizo
Great Taste Awards

Manx Salami, Salami Forte and Nduja
Great Taste Awards

“A very good looking Nduja with a mature aroma and yet a soft and yielding paste. The meat has some wonderful texture, there is a warming pimenton growing on the palate and a sweet note which balances the heat.”

“Deep porkiness gives way to punchy garlic, then the fennel emerges gradually and is followed by a big whack of pepper, which leaves a lasting glow – and all of it balanced well. A very satisfying salami and a really good product”

“We tried this thinly sliced, then more thickly sliced – and were wowed by this quality chorizo. The warmth of almost roasted garlic and spice was particularly enjoyed. Long, lingering sunny days here.”
